The Demand for the Electric Vehicles Rose in Europe but Plunged in China Year-over-Year

EV demand has grown significantly in Europe since last year, according to data from Michael A. Gayed. EV purchases rose by 45%, almost completely offsetting the drop in demand for gasoline-fueled cars. In China, on the contrary, there is a decline in interest in electric cars.

In general, there is a decline in demand for both categories of cars in the world, directly related to the winter crisis and the current state of economy.
