Renewable energy indices have recovered much better than the global economy as a whole and even more so than oil.

After crisis that gripped the economy this spring, energy resources have come under tremendous pressure. Oil fell as a result of severe overproduction following a halt in international traffic and industry shutdown.

Now, despite the economic recovery, oil is still below its February prices. However, alternative energy sources have taken the lead in the recovery. According to The Market Ear, solar-related indices have not only recovered, but also rose well above their winter values.
